SAVE TIME IN ENGINEERING AND IN DAILY CLEANING

The Quick Release device is an integrated release system for conveyors, which makes it easier to dismount the belt for easier cleaning approach. The Quick release system was installed in test conveyor system and the immediate end user reaction was acceptance.

The belt tension system goes parallel to the Quick release, the belt tensioner developed in this project is far more hygienic designed and the system can be adjusted by hand – no need for tools. This part has also been tested shortly at the end-user, with a positive reaction. Both Quick release and Belt tensioner combined with the drum motor shall be seen as an integrated and hygienically optimized solution for the industry.
